Chad Pfeifer , Lead Pastor

A native of Michigan , Chad graduated from Southeastern University in Lakeland , Florida . Before accepting his first full-time ministry role, he and his wife Angela met in South Bend , Indiana . He and Angela have two boys (Collin, 4 and Christian, 2.). Before founding Journey Church , Chad began his ministry 14 years ago as a Student Ministries Pastor and has also served as an Executive Pastor, and most recently as Senior Pastor in Northern Indiana.

Chad is also a certified Leadership Coach, helping people fulfill their God-given potential. Chad loves a great book, cool shirts, running, and living life with Angela and his two sons.

Brian Grow , Executive Pastor

Born in Michigan , raised in Illinois , Brian graduated from Central Bible College in Springfield , Missouri . Marrying his wife Jennifer in 1999, they have four children (Ammiah 5 ½, Micah 3 ½, Caleb 2, and Nadia 8 months). Brian has served as a Student Ministries Pastor and Associate Pastor before joining the Journey Team, and is an avid hunter, golfer, and wood worker. His addiction to Starbucks is a well-noted love (Java Chip Frappucino, anyone?)

Aaron Bracey Director of Student Ministries

Aaron and Jacquie have been married for 8 amazing years and have a beautiful 7 mo. old daughter, Sophie, who is the light of thier lives. Jacquie teaches elementary school and Aaron has been serving as a children and youth minister in different capacities over the past 8 years. Aaron graduated from Mid Continent University with BS is Psychology and has also worked as an in-home family therapist for the state of Kentucky. They recently moved from Savannah, GA where they had 4 wonderful years working with children and youth. Aaron loves kayaking, fishing, hunting, biking...and just about anything else he can get into in the great outdoors! Jacquie loves to curl up on the couch and read a good book or surf the web for great deals while watching her favorite television shows. The couple also loves to go to the movies, out to eat, and spend time with their family and friends!

Kyla Prows, Creative Arts/Programming Director

Nate and Kyla were born and raised in Marion , Indiana and they married in 2001. Kyla studied technology and production at Indiana University . Her husband Nate serves as our sound director and serves in management at a local company. Nate loves going to concerts and loud music. Kyla loves a good book, engaging movies and photography.
